I can but hope that these are as great as they look on the website. As you probably know unless you are new to Shoeniverse (and if you are then hello there, you are looking sharp today!) I am a little bit of a bargain hunter. Ok, more like a LOT of a bargain hunter. I am an avid showroomer and love nothing better than getting a £250 dress, or shoes, for a fraction of the price. In purchases like this, my preferred practice will always be to go and 'meet' (yes I really do use that term verbally - just yesterday my husband snorted with laughter when I said it) and item in person, and then see what kind of a deal I can get online - especially if I am willing to bide my time and wait it out. The sheer volume of designer clothing and shoes in my wardrobe is testament to my seasoned bargain hunter creds.
Shall I go ahead and get to the point now? I picked up these heels for just £8.99 brand new. The original retail price is £44.99, and some places are half price, but finding the black ones on sale is a little bit like trying to plan a holiday in Narnia. By unicorn.
You can embrace summer chic (as it's finally sunny now - hooray!) with this sophisticated cork-effect wedge. Featuring a criss-cross elasticated ankle strap and polished metal side stud details, it will look fantastic with everything from skirts to shorts and turned up boyfriend jeans. A key trend for the coming season. I feel these were an absolute bargain. As always Ebay was my friend. You can still buy the gold ones in all sizes for half their original retail value, or else go online and see if you can find a bargain too. I'm hoping that they will help satisfy my 'chiffon shirt and boyfriend jeans' look. Once I finally get the jeans I shall create an outfit post and show it all off.

Shoeniverse presents a BONUS FRIDAY POST from my Personal Wishlist - featuring Rosalie Pose in White Combi from (gasp!) Clarks
I found the Clarks Rosalie Pose sandals quite by accident when browsing the 20% off offers this morning online. You will know by now my penchant for wedges and the eternal struggle to find the ultimate replacement to those "chewed by Daisy" butter soft Hush Puppy sandals...
(no I'm still not over it)
Anyway, I digress. Let's meet the latest potential new candidate, shall we?
The latest hopefuls have a bunch of plus points. The wedge is high enough to be elegant but the platform stops them from becoming unwearable for a full day. They probably even out at a 3inch heel (or so) once you take the platform into account. The wedge heel gives added stability compared to a block or thin heeled sandal, as do the gorgeously thick and very "modern minimalist" style buckle straps.
Then just to make sure that I fell in love with them, on the white version, they went and gave them SILVER straps. Of course. Of COURSE you did, Clarks. Seriously. I die! They are gorgeous.
Who doesn't want to be the gorgeous flower seller with her stunning cashmere looking jumper dress, beautiful face and seriously cool shoes that are secretly comfy and from Clarks. Fantastic marketing. You've totally got me sold. I am going to have to buy them now...
It's been a little while since I featured Moda in Pelle on Shoeniverse, but with so many gorgeous designers and high street retailers it can be really hard to try and feature them all. So imagine my surprise when upon browsing their online store I feel so very much in love with their Summer collection. I know, falling in love with shoes - ME - who knew? Add to that my inability to actually narrow it down to a single pair of shoes to feature as well.
This is much like me shopping of course...
So here are my top picks from the new in range. My favourites are right at the bottom with the glorious blade style heel. Enjoy!
Leather block wedged sandal with two part front straps.
High heeled pointed toe sling back stiletto in snakeskin leather.
High heeled leather sandal featuring a gold side trim detail.
High heeled suede court shoe with slim block heel.

I've been on something of a Summer Style Bonanza as I write these posts, mostly fawning online over impossible shoes and floaty dip hem dresses. The one thing I keep coming back to however is flat strappy sandals. Not only do they look fantastic, they are also practical enough to keep your feet cool whilst also being easy to wear for work or sightseeing abroad. Infinitely more stylish than a pair of trainers or rubber flip flops, the flat sandal is Shoeniverse's must-have pick for SS15 footwear. Here are my absolute favourites.
(top image) Delicate And Stylish Double Ankle Strap Leather Sandals With Buckle - Sunshine
The Sunshine sandals feature feminine straps, which flatter the feet. The narrow straps that come across the tops of the feet feature an eye-catching design, adding to the aesthetic appeal of these black leather sandals. The ankle strap completes the look and keeps the sandals comfortably hugging the foot as you walk.
These sandals are made entirely by hand from start to finish. Pressed rubber sole is attached to the leather, creating a platform for your feet that will bend and shape to fully support it. The supple materials used to create these handmade sandals conform to feet as you wear them. This makes the ankle strap sandals incredibly comfortable and perfect for walking wherever you need to go.
Gold Lace up Greek Sandals, Handmade of Genuine Leather
Original design handmade leather sandals in gold with side tabs inspired from the ancient Greek wave motif. They are super lightweight with anti-slippery rubber sole like all my sandals.
The leather straps are full adjustable in order to fit perfectly in narrow or wide feet.
The removable metal beads are hypoallergenic 24k gold plated.
Personally I am in love with this elegant lace up pair because is an excellent choice for day, but they're a great option for a night out. They look so beautiful with pants but also stunning with dresses and skirts.
If you take half size, go UP to the nearest whole size.
Leather Sandals, handmade, Unique design, with plisse scarf straps in black "APHRODITE"
High quality original Greek leather sandals with extra long straps crafted from plisse fabric in black. They look beautiful if you tight them close to your knee but also have great style wrapped around the ankle.
Wear them from the beach to the city and pair them with almost everything, from shorts and capri pants to kaftans and maxi dresses.
Again, if you take half size, go UP to the nearest whole size.
Greek Sandals, Knee High Oplitis Sandals
The Oplitis Knee High Gladiator sandal is the perfect answer to summer. This Greek Leather Gladitor is hand crafted to order from all genuine leather. We love its style and class. Pair yours with your favorite festival look and have a blast.

As I write my posts a few days in advance (logistically this is just easier to manage, logistically for me, due to the amount of travelling I do each day for work) I've laughably chosen to write about swimwear on a day where it is quite literally teeming down with rain. But I know, even if this year's UK Summer was to be a total washout, many of you are off on holidays and are in need of gorgeous new one-pieces.
I've always been much more of a string bikini type of girl until earlier this year when I went on Anthem of the Seas for a mini cruise. The ship is full of gorgeous hot tubs and pools, and I didn't really want to risk moving about quite so much in the same swimwear I basically ever wear on holiday to soak up some rays. Instead I opted for a sporty neck black one piece swimsuit with neon pink flashes. It was something of a revelation. It was so comfortable. Nothing moved. And best of all, my usual paranoia of accidentally - aherm - falling out of a skimpy bikini was simply not there. As you may be aware if you follow me on Instagram, I am an ardent Skarkie and I adore Black Milk clothing, yet I've never really gone for the bodysuits for swimwear...
So in keeping with my SS15 swimwear epiphany, let me present to you the diverse beauty of swimwear of Etsy.

Shoeniverse's Summer Brides - taking a look at the new in New Very Prive Crepe Satin 120 mm in off-white from Christian Louboutin
I'm a huge longtime fan of the Very Prive classic style but NOT of white bridal heels. However, when you get to meet the New Very Prive in off-white crepe satin, I start to think that maybe, just maybe I might be wrong.
The new updated silhouette to a constant Louboutin classic is a welcome addition to the Loubie back catalogue of gorgeous peep toe heels, and I cannot wait to see it in black patent with a red platform.
Certainly, for the summer bride who wouldn't consider wearing anything but light heels for her wedding day, these are about as good as it gets.
From every single angle, these elegant heels are bang on the money. "New Very Prive" is a chic update on the much beloved classic "Very Prive." Now featuring a slender 120mm stiletto heel, this peep toe pump in off white crepe satin is an exquisite bridal option.
They almost make me want to get married all over again. Not just for the shoes of course. But, you know... If you are getting married to your Mr Right in 2015 and are looking for the practically perfect bridal pump of your dreams, then for £545 you can make them yours.

It's June already. Seriously, how is it already June? Anyway, to kick off another month of gorgeousness I thought I'd take some inspiration from a friend of mine at work who turned up the other day wearing these gorgeous heels. They are called Blake, and if you like them they can be yours for £139 from Reiss.
Unfortunately I don't believe that the pictures do 'Blake' justice. Having met them in person, I want to urge you all to go see them in your local store, be it standalone or a department store concession if there isn't one local to you, because these heels are so much lovelier in real life than they look in the pictures here. The colour is bright and the nap of the suede is really soft. They are just about the perfect heels to inject a little shot of colour to your weekday working wardrobe.
The half d'orsay creates a seriously low inner vamp, coupled with the high back to create a heel that succeeds in creating the illusion of more of an angle than the actual heel height. Pretty clever stuff.
Perfect for a little post payday treat. Go on. You totally deserve it.
