We have a winner!!! (is it you?)

Big congratulations to the lovely Heather Crowe for leaving a comment on the blog post about the Your Dreamcatcher range. This was the action that caused you to become the winner of our gorgeous pink YD vest top, as reviewed on Shoeniverse. I hope that you love your new top, and that this is the first of many items of YD to be added to your wardrobe. I love their gorgeous designer loungewear, and hopefully you will too!

Shoeniverse is not so sure.... the Giuseppe Zanotti Signature Styles for SS15

Let's start with the positives, shall we? In spite of the gold tone hardware, I do love the bag. The four side buckles and oversized logo are SO Italian that I cannot fail to adore this. Arm candy as it's very best.

G#17 Tote Bag

The monogram G#17 tote is the house's iconic bag. It bears the statement Giuseppe Zanotti Design signature logo and multiple side buckles. This version, in textured leather, is a mix of timeless simplicity and tactile glamour.

The shoes? I 'get it' in terms of what GZ was going for, and while the quality of the shoes is undoubtedly incomparable, I'm uncertain whether these shoes would have been better as a catwalk concept shoe, rather than produced for wider sale. The t-strap is a little thick and clumsy for me (although perhaps necessary for the height of the wedge. I'm not sure that the 'G' signature shape really adds anything to the styles that are better than the original heel-less wedges.



G#15 Wedge Sandals

The 'G#15' wedges are Giuseppe Zanotti's new iconic shoe for the season with the gold plated cut-out 'G' on the wedge mimicking his signature. Giving wedges the kind of attention they deserve, we'll be wearing these stacked high soles in a classic tone with a clutch bag and loose oversized top.

I think it's fair to say that these sexy little heels mean that I can fully forgive Monsieur Louboutin for this...

Shoeniverse Loves the Gym - get your fitness hit with these gorgeous new Nikes at Office #trainerporn (Nike // Free Viritous)

As regular Shoeniverse fans will know, I love fitness and I adore buying new trainers (or sneakers, if you will). I have found that there are only two brands of off-the-shelf sneaks that really fit me, being New Balance and Nike. Not all Nikes are great on me, but when they are they are supremely comfortable and cushioning. I would be a little cautious of purchasing them without trying them on ONLY because I am a little concerned that the top of the pink section might irritate my ankle bone.
