I'm writing this from my sick desk** (it's like a sickbed but less restful) and I hope you enjoy the post and the what currently feels like a monumental effort to write. I've been put on constant painkillers now for my knees, and four days in I'm feeling sleepy and very very sick.

**So I normally queue my posts for the week across the previous weekend, due to my general working day (of almost 13 hours end to end) making it hard to do this during the week. However, I find myself now sick on a Sunday and in need of posts to be written. So forgive me if this week is a little rushed. I had anticipated having more time.
