They are sold out but in a week where I endeavoured to show a broad mix of Louboutin shoes - some crazy, but all of them noteworthy - and these are surely among the most striking and iconic of them all.

For ladies who love their block heels or simply are after a more wearable sandal, the retro inspired Morphea slingbacks are a definite contender. I can struggle with the concept of black sandals and also block heels, but these look very European-style - they would work with everything from a shift and light trench to a suit, or even jeans. They would be a very wise and well loved addition to many a shoe closet. What do you think?

Louboutin Week - CHRISTIAN LOUBOUTIN Blue Lady Peep 150 Mini Glitter Pumps

To make up the the lunchtime post (and nope, I still don't know what I think of them!) I thought we would end Thursday with some spectacularly pretty and beautifully crafted glittery goodness in the guise of the 150mm Lady Peep's in azure glitter. Perfect!


Even if you are not much of a wearer of blue (and I speak from personal experience here) I think that the Lady peep Mini Glitter's appeal to most of us. The style we have featured here before in a couple of colours, but the sparkly finish is definitely my favourite... now I just want to see them in pink!

Wear with a colour block Herve Leger for standout style.



My favourite thing about these is that you can drag on a grey vest and boyfriend jeans and they would look just as good too - in fact that's just how I would ideally wear them!

Yep, that's right ladies - it's crazy wacky shoe time again! I would have to estimate that M. Louboutin probably gets it right maybe 95% of the time? Something like that? And then sometimes we get totally off the wall styles like this and I simply do not know what to think!

It's not even like I can immediately look at them and hate them, they just confuse me!


They are, thankfully, a little bit less confusing when worn. I wonder how many of you like me totally missed the split front until you saw them in the pictures below?


I do sort of like them when worn this casually - but I don't believe I'll be rushing out to buy a pair anytime soon.

Louboutin Week - CHRISTIAN LOUBOUTIN Pink Pigalle Plato 120 Patent Leather Pumps

I don't think it will come as any great surprise that I am not *shock horror* the biggest fan of the Pigalle heels. I don't dislike them by any means, but they don't quite do it for me like they seem to for a lot of the Shoeniverse shoe lovers. I do however fully love the pink gorgeousness of the Pigalle Plato heels as seen here. Isn't it funny the difference that a small coloured platform and a contrast heel can make?

These are deliciously beautiful and I wish to make them mine so that we can run off into the sunset together and live happily ever after in a whirl of sunshine and pretty summer dresses...

Oh how we love a wedge sandal, and whilst Louboutin has become synonymous with celebrities strutting the red carpet in killer heels, some of the more wearable daytime styles are also pretty amazing. Such is the case with the cute blue and white gingham Duplice wedges - perfect with a little flippy skirt and a tee or a vest and shorts for summer.

A little self indulgent midweek post from me, seeing as how these gorgeous sandals are amongst my very favourite ever Louboutin styles. I do love them with a passion and if you are lucky enough to own a pair (they are sadly well and truly sold out) then I'm sure you will testify to them being one of the very best examples of Monsieur Louboutin's creative genius at work.

The more I look at them, the more I think that they are in fact my favourite ever Louboutin style. I simply don't believe they could be improved.
