Do we approve? Stylistpick vs Melissa Vivienne Westwood Lady Dragon

I love the Lady Dragon shoes, so you would think that a copy of the infamous slingback plastic fantastic beauties would make me really happy, especially at a £20 price point, right?

Erm, no... it just feels sort of wrong.

They are too similar, and it takes the shine away from the instantly recognisable and coveted Lady Dragon sandals, and I think it's just plain wrong.

Stylistpick (again!) Lizzy in Green

Yes I know I don't often post twice in a row about the same store or website, but I was torn between the two styles this time so decided to post them both.

I don't usually choose shots of shoes on but these look a lot better on than just the product image, and the delicate minty green is simply divine. Plus I love the double platform.

These might not be for me, but the colours are lovely. My one issue is they are not quite high enough to make me fall in love with them.

They would however look gorgeous on holiday worn with a LBD and a tan. Or going to and from the pool. I never said my ideas are always practical!

I just wish the heel had been yellow - personal taste of course, but they are really pretty and summery - and at this time of year what more can a girl ask for?

These were originally featured on the old Shoeturn tumblr, but after all the technical issues were a bit of a 'lost post' - so I am resurrecting them as they deserved more attention!

I cannot say how much I adore these shoes. I do wish there was a cherry red version, or maybe a nude suede too, but the black is more than sufficient when you look at that bow.

Simply delicious.

I love how elegant Giuseppe Zanotti's shoes are, the sweet golden toe cap, the heel is divine as well. I would love to be able to wear these to work.

These are so dainty, really retro, and seriously hot.

They do also come in a tan colourway, but I really love the black and white version, as the contrast strap really shows off the beautiful styling perfectly.

Yes they are a little pointed, but they wouldn't look right with a rounded toe, and they are timeless because of this.
